Put up the QR poster
Each site gets one permanent printed QR poster on the wall. The code does not rotate, so the poster never needs reprinting.

Staff scan with their phone
On arrival and on leaving, the employee scans the QR with their own phone. Location, device and photo are checked at the same time.

Managers see it live
Check-ins land in the admin panel immediately. Filter by date, export to Excel, split by site.

The phone reads the QR, device and location are verified, the photo is compared against the reference — and the check-in is written. If the camera or the photo fails, the check-in is not blocked: the system flags it, it does not stop it.

No. Employees use their own phones. No turnstile, fingerprint reader or terminal is needed — a printed QR poster on the wall is enough.
Every site has its own coordinates and radius; a scan is only accepted there. On top of that each employee is bound to their own device, and a photo is taken at check-in and compared with the reference.
